She may be all over Disney movies, but make no mistake, Kelsey Chow is a very legal age of 18. Another young starlet seemingly out of nowhere is very busy and coming into her own on the red carpet. You will see Kelsey in the upcoming Disney XD movie Pair of Kings as well as in the Disney Channel Original Den Brother. Hopefully for her she can make the transition from Disney girl into hollywood girl sow e see more of her. For now you will just have to look at her below.
